For organisations, universities and programmes

Work with me

Four formats, used on their own or combined. The right one depends on whether the aim is awareness, practised capability, a team decision, or individual support.

Talks and Lunch & Learns

60 to 120-minute interactive sessions that introduce a useful idea, create shared language, and give participants one practical experiment.

Appropriate for

  • Student cohorts
  • Learning weeks
  • Wellbeing programmes
  • Alumni programmes
  • Broad organisational audiences
  • First exploration of a topic

Expectation: awareness and first application, not complete behaviour change.

Problem-based team workshops

Facilitated work on a team's actual decision, pattern, or way of working, not a generic topic.

Appropriate for

  • Priorities and ownership
  • Retrospectives
  • Broken handoffs
  • Research or customer insight not becoming action
  • Decisions under uncertainty
  • Pressure and workload conversations

This is mainly for intact teams, research groups, and leadership groups, not large student cohorts.

Available on a scoped pilot basis

Short measured pilots

When the aim is application rather than one-off awareness, a short pilot can combine live sessions, real-work experiments, manager or programme-owner support, lightweight reinforcement, and follow-up evidence.

Microlearning and nudges

Short prompts, practice tools, and mini-learning resources can reinforce a workshop or pilot between live sessions. They are used as part of an intervention, not presented as a substitute for organisational support.

Not sure which format fits?

A short scoping call is enough to work out which one matches the aim, and what falls outside my scope.
