1:1 Coaching

Private support for the person carrying the weight

One-to-one coaching for the people who hold a lot: team leads, technical directors, and researchers stepping into new roles, or anyone navigating a genuinely difficult period at work. A confidential space to think clearly, steady under pressure, and lead without running yourself down.

Who it is for

  • Team leads and technical directors carrying the weight of a project or a team.
  • PhDs, postdocs, and professors stepping into new roles and new expectations.
  • Specialists newly responsible for people, not only for the work itself.
  • Anyone navigating a hard stretch at work: a demanding transition, mounting pressure, or a role that has started to ask more than feels sustainable.

What we work on

Sessions are private and goal-oriented. We take the frameworks I teach in group settings and translate them directly into your own high-pressure daily workflow, so they become how you actually work, not theory you file away.

Grounded in the science. We work with how your brain and nervous system respond under load, so you can catch a stress response before it runs the day, protect your focus, and make clearer decisions when the stakes are high.

How it works

We start with a short call to check fit and shape the focus. Sessions run online or in person in Barcelona, at a cadence that suits your role and your calendar. Engagements can be arranged privately or sponsored by your organisation.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

People in demanding roles who are carrying real pressure: new leads, technical directors, researchers, and academics moving into roles with new expectations. Also anyone going through a hard period at work who wants a steady, confidential space to think.

Can my employer sponsor it?

Yes. Coaching can be arranged privately or paid for by your organisation as part of leadership or capability development. For sponsored engagements, contact info@kondinska.com and we will handle the paperwork.

How is company-sponsored coaching priced?

It is arranged as a package and quoted to the scope, the number of sessions, and any light reporting you need, rather than billed at the private session rate. A company engagement is priced differently because it includes contracting, invoicing, and coordination. Tell me what you have in mind and I will put together a proposal.

If my company pays, is it still confidential?

Yes. What you discuss stays between us. When an organisation sponsors coaching, they see logistics and, if you agree, high-level goals, never the content of your sessions. Your privacy is the point.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goal. Some people come for a focused handful around a transition; others work over a longer arc. We agree a rhythm that fits and review it as we go.

Online or in person?

Both. Online works well, and in person in Barcelona or by arrangement.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-looking and focused on how you work, lead, and handle pressure. It is not therapy. If something calls for therapeutic support, I will say so and help you find the right person.

How do you handle sensitive company data or personal information?

All coaching logs and examples are held securely and never shared outside the room. Any pre-engagement diagnostics are fully anonymised. Your intellectual property and your privacy are protected by standard corporate non-disclosure agreements.
