Learn the science, practise the skill, leave with the tools
Highly interactive sessions, from a half day to a full day, where people do not just listen. They practise, simulate, and build new cognitive habits they can carry straight into the work.
Every session is built around your group and mixes clear science, hands-on exercises, and self-reflection. People leave with mental models and practical tools they can build into their workweek and test in the days after.
One distinction: a training teaches and builds a skill with a group. If instead you have a specific team stuck on a real problem, that is a problem-based workshop.
The topic comes from whichever audience you are in. Both pages list the focus areas a training can be built from:
Topics can be combined or sequenced into a programme. Tell me the goal and I design around it.
The audience is shaped to what your organisation needs, it does not have to be one fixed team. A training can run for:
You can suggest it for a single team or roll it out more widely. Tell me the goal and who you want in the room, and I design around it.
"A unique and fascinating workshop, it will stand to you for life. I've used clean language and listening many times since. It makes me feel more comfortable, and I understand better what people would like or how I can help them."Product / Tech generalist, Ireland

"I really enjoyed the energy, and it was a very safe space given the group setting. Afterwards I had more intentionality about how I ask questions. The 1:1 exercises were what I enjoyed most, rehearsing with another person in a safe environment."Staff Software Engineer, Barcelona
Delivered for · Zuse School ELIZA

Cognitive load, focus and attention for researchers.
Delivered to 15 master's and PhD students at ELIZA, an AI graduate programme spanning seven universities across Germany. The training covered how cognitive load, attention and task-switching shape deep work, and how to organise the day around task types to hold energy into the afternoon.
In the retrospective, task-switching stood out as the most valuable topic: how activities compete for attention, how to make deliberate transitions, and how to start hard tasks and drop into flow faster.
Research groups, graduate schools, and teams in fast-moving organisations. Anywhere people work under real pressure.

Yes. A training can be a single intact team, a cross-team cohort, a role group such as all team leads or all engineers, or an open opt-in group. We shape the audience to the goal.
