Neuro-Coaching

Your mind under pressure

You sit down to do the one thing that matters, and by the time you surface from Slack, email, meetings, and a quick question, half the morning is gone. Busy all day, yet somehow behind by evening.

And it does not stay at work: you get home drained, with little left for the people and things you care about.

Neuro-Coaching is one-to-one, neuroscience-informed coaching for your mind under exactly that load. We look at a real working week, where your attention goes, what keeps your system switched on, what drains you, and how pressure shifts your decisions and communication, then build practical ways to protect your focus, respond more clearly, recover, and work without it costing you your evenings.

What we work on

  • Protecting focus in meeting-heavy, interruption-heavy work
  • Reducing the cost of constant task and context switching
  • Clearer decisions when your capacity is stretched
  • Difficult conversations without avoidance or replay
  • Noticing overcommitment and setting boundaries earlier
  • Recovering a clean baseline after an intense period
  • Sustaining demanding work without drifting toward burnout
  • Getting home with energy left for the rest of your life

What becomes easier

Clearer decisions

Less circling and second-guessing. It gets easier to see what matters and choose from there.

Conversations, sooner

You say what needs saying without going quiet, defensive, or over-explaining.

Less rehearsal and replay

Conversations take less preparing beforehand and less analysing afterwards.

Attention protected

You notice fragmentation faster and tell genuine priorities from constant demands.

Clearer boundaries

You catch the automatic yes before it happens, and answer from your real capacity.

Switching off

Work follows you less far into the evening, so recovery, rest, and relationships get more room.

Steadier through change

A hard patch, a decision, a new direction: uncertainty feels more manageable, and you trust yourself to take the next step.

How we work

We work with real, recent situations, not an ideal version of your week: a morning lost to interruptions, a decision you keep postponing, a conversation you avoided, or one you could not stop replaying.

01

Slow it down

We take one real situation and understand what actually happened.

02

Find the mechanism

We see the attention and pressure pattern sitting underneath it.

03

Practise it

Small tools and experiments you can use in daily life straight away.

The aim is not a perfect routine. It is ways of working and responding that still hold when life gets demanding again. People often leave with language for patterns they had struggled to name, and practical ways to settle themselves and respond with more choice.

What this is not

This is not communication scripts, productivity systems, or "think more positively." It is not about optimising every minute of your day, or helping you tolerate an environment that is fundamentally unsustainable.

It is understanding how attention, pressure, and repeated patterns affect you, and turning that into clearer decisions, firmer boundaries, better recovery, and real change in how you work.

Frequently asked questions

Is this coaching or therapy?

Coaching. Forward-focused, practical, and centred on present situations, decisions, and behaviour. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental-health treatment. If something arises that needs clinical support, I will say so openly and help point you toward the right professional.

What happens in a session?

We start with what is happening in your life now, look at what is draining your attention or capacity, understand the mechanism, and build a practical response you can test. You do not need a perfectly defined goal; a real situation, or a sense that something is no longer working, is enough.

Should I choose 60 or 90 minutes?

Sixty minutes is the standard and suits most sessions. Choose ninety when the situation feels more complex, you prefer a slower pace, or you already know you need more room. You do not need to decide whether it is "serious enough", pick the space that feels supportive.

How many sessions will I need?

No set number. Some people come with one specific situation; others work through a demanding period or a recurring pattern over a series. We decide what is useful after the first session, and there is no obligation to commit to a package.

Do we meet online or in person?

Both. Mostly online, so we can work wherever you are, and in person in Barcelona by arrangement.

Is this only for people in burnout or crisis?

No. It is often most useful before things become a visible problem, when you are still capable and coping but paying a quiet cost in energy, attention, sleep, relationships, or enjoyment.

Scope and professional standards

This service is for performance, resilience, and personal development coaching. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support. If you are navigating an acute crisis, a diagnosed condition requiring treatment, or trauma that needs clinical support, this may not be the right service, and if that becomes clear during our work I will tell you directly. I work within the International Coaching Federation ethical framework and hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Sessions are confidential, within the standard legal limits that apply where there is a serious risk of harm.
